Each started with the company in the 1980s--respectively as graduate cadet and building cadet.
For navigating any vessel, having two reliable points of reference is useful for accurately determining current position and steering in the right direction. Together, our directors have 60 years service with Woollams.

George Bogiatzis joined the Woollams Brisbane office as a cadet quantity surveyor in 1983, initially working on tendering and estimating. After six years with the firm, he put up his hand to manage the newly opened office in Cairns, where the tourism and hospitality industries were booming.
He returned to Brisbane as Estimating and Contract Manager in 1993 and in 2000 was appointed Managing Director.
In 2003, George became a shareholder in Woollams--personalising his professional commitment to the company's values, its legacy, and its future.

| CRAIG PERCIVAL - Director |
Craig's experience in the construction industry is, literally, from the ground up. His hands-on approach began as building cadet with Woollam in 1989, labouring and assisting tradespeople. He gradually earned increased responsibility as a leading hand, then as site manager.
Craig gained his Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building) in 1995. The qualification provided intellectual rigor for the practical experience he was acquiring in the strategic roles of estimator and project manager.
Mentored by both Tom and Keith Woollam, Craig learnt from two of the industry's most respected figures, daily absorbing the Woollam ethos for quality, service, and reliability. |

He was appointed Branch Manager in Mackay in 1995, and was appointed director of Woollams in 2001.
In 2003, Craig too became a shareholder in Woollam. |
